At my favorite thrift shop I found some blocks that someone had used to make a very large set of dominos and for a dollar I bought the entire bag thinking they would make perfect bases for some Make Do’s.
This guy looks like he is leaping towards a patch of carrots. He is 9 ¼ “ tall. He is stained only. I slopped on the stain and liked the results. It was hit and miss and he looks primitive and grungy. I have tied a length of twine around his middle and added some Sweet Annie for a touch of color. His stand is painted a dark green.
