Ms. Valentine is a 24" doll made from muslin. Her nose and eyebrows have been pinched stitched while her eyes and mouth have been drawn on with artist pencils. Ms. Valentine's hair is felted sheeps wool. Her bodice is painted with black cherry acrylic paint while her skirt is made from an old linen table cloth with a simple detail at the hem. Around her waist is a length of a loose weave cotton fabric that was lightly stained with the same black cherry paint as her bodice. Hanging from her belt is a small Victorian Valentine Card and a rusty key that is the key to her heart. Her dove is also made from muslin and has been painted and stained. Attached to her dove is a small banner with the word "Love" and some squiggly details on either side. Ms. Valentine was made from a pattern designed by Kim Kohler.
