Patience
I know my poems are lame
But I love this ladies name
She embraces her favorite flowers
For all we know for hours
Waiting for whom we don’t know
Perhaps a new beau
Patience is 26” tall and her cone is 9”. She has been gunged up pretty good with black paint, staining and sanding. Her body has been painted with acrylic paint and she wears a recycled cotton sheet as a skirt which also has been stained and has a rusty safety pin and bell on the front. Her wool hair has been needle felted. She carries sweet annie and everlasting flowers in her cone. She has been signed and dated.
