Missy Louisa
This is Missy Louisa who is looking forward to Spring. On one of her walks through the woods she came upon some wild flowers that she put in her pouch along with some sweet annie to take to her mamma.Missy Louisa is 21 ½ “ tall wearing a coffee stressed calico dress. Her dress has an Easter motif. Her hair is done up in ribbons and is made from sheep’s wool. She has been painted with acrylic paints and her eyes are painted on. Her nose is pinched stitched and her lips were made separate and have been stitched on and have a rosy tint as her cheeks. This pattern was designed by Two Dancing Crows, one of my favorite designers.
Her flowers are made from osnaburg fabric, batting and are attached by a rusty wire and tied in a calico material bag with a piece of jute. She is a cutie and would look adorable sitting on a prim chair as she waits for Spring.
